I thought to myself one day "too many hats, I have too many hats!" Then I thought "raffles are fun!" and then I thought "Boy, I am hungry"
Eventually, my thoughts drifted back to hat raffles, and being convinced to do it by a freind led to this group!

Hat raffles are every Saturday, and will start at 6 AM, Central time, and end at 6 PM the next day, they require 1 scrap to enter, and you may only enter 9 times, as by that point you'd usually be better off just paying for it. enter the raffles via trade offers, or a trade while i'm online.

All donations made to the raffles shall be kept on my alt account made specifically for this group. Feel free to add it and me.

Donation: you can donate anything worth1.11 or more to automatically get 10 entries! (this is the only way to reach the cap, I will gave back all your scrap though)
Any hats will then be raffled off later!
You will be automatically entered into the next/current (only if one is happening) hat raffle for max entires (10)
You will also get an "Claim Check" feature, where you can get into any free raffle, kicking the last person to join it, unfortuantly
In the event there are not any raffles you wish to join, you may have your entry converted into any 3 weps of your choice.
You may get access to donor raffles, if I chose to do them, seeing as almost no one trusts me enough to donate.

Super donor!
Super donor is the person who has donated the most.
Super donor gets into all paid raffles three times (rather than once) for free.
Super donor also gets officer/admin privliges (Can host raffles, Can kick/ban from chat room, and more)
name and price shall be put here, if you want you can be anonymous, however you will not be made officer/admin, to preserve privacy.

Item raffles are every time I feel like doing one, are free to enter, and will usually have more than one item inthe pot! They will not end until the hat raffle starts or the total entries has been maxed out, all entries will be comments on the event.
