To join a paid raffle, pay the entry fee on steam offer trade with slot you want.

Before anyone else asks me, I do not choose the winner, a program website I use randomly selects the winner, so it is not rigged.
You are allowed to have as much slots as you pay for, but in free raffles you can only have ONE.
