Dynamite nerfed.

- normal dynamite won't drop as lit dynamite in Shootout game modes. Double notoriety penalty when dying from self dynamite explosion on any game mode. Lit dynamite buzz is audible while player holds it

I'm almost tempted to create a 2nd steamaccount just to flame the hell out of him.

Btw.: There's an update to Iskander's story ;-)
