The Irish Free State is a semi-independent nation under the sovereignity of the Kingdom of England.

Section 1: Sovereignty and Governance
1.1 This semi-independent state shall be known as The Irish Free State.
1.2 This nation has Home Rule which allows self governance outside of the Kingdom of England.
1.3 The Kingdom of England is this nation's overlord, protector and ally.
1.4 Our parliament has control over internal affairs.

Section 2: The Irish Free State
2.1 The King of the KoE shall be recognised as our head of state for the forseeable future. All MPs must swear allegiance to Ireland and then loyalty to the Crown.
2.2 This country shall have two official languages, Irish and English.
2.3 The currency shall be the Irish Punt.
2.4 The flag of Ireland shal be the Irish Tri Colour.

Section 3: Voting
3.1 This is a parliamentary democracy and shall have regular elections.
3.2 All radical groups and parties are banned from partaking in elections.
3.3 The voting system shall be First Past the Post.
3.4 The format of voting shall be Secret Ballots.

Section 4: Rights and Religion
4.1 The Rights of Man will be upheld, equal opportunity for all!
4.2 Men and women are equal.
4.3 Children and the elderly shall be treated leniently and given special subsidies.
4.4 Irish and British people will be considered First Class citizens, citizens of the Empire Second Class.
4.5 The Irish Free State will be recognised as a Christian Nation but with no special position or privileges given to Christian institutions.

Section 5: Geography
5.1 The capital city of Ireland shall be Dublin.
5.2 There are 4 provinces with 32 counties with 7 major cities.
5.3 All cities will be connected to Dublin via road systems, rail links and canals.
5.4 Ireland's major ports...
Trade Ports: Dublin, Rosslare, Waterford, Cork.
Naval Bases: Howth, Cóbh and Derry.
Fisheries: Killybegs, Rosamhíl and Dunmore East.

I have compiled the 1st Constitution of the Irish Free State. It must be first approved by the King before we can proceed but please read it and comment below to apply for a ministry in my government.

Ideas: We support Home Rule and will over time democratically fight for Irish independence. It was this party's leader which made the creation of a Free Irish State possible.
