We are what we GIVE and TAKE... Injuries!

Hello, everyone.


As you all know, KahMehKahZeh has the expectation that we ALL regularly attend the meetings. This means that EVERYONE in the Injuries group/on the Injuries team MUST ATTEND.

Depending on the next meeting's attendance, KahMehKahZeh may take action and remove members who have simply not attended most meetings or have failed to even acknowledge the fact that they are on a CS:GO team.

KahMehKahZeh has put forward TONS of effort to keep our team alive and kicking, until the day comes where we all meet up to kick ass at some tournament many miles away. And we simply cannot have that happen until we have regular attendance and dedicated players.

Now, besides attendance, KahMehKahZeh also expects that we are compliant and understanding with one another. The meeting's pregame has turned into some sort of ♥♥♥♥♥♥-up ♥♥♥♥ show, where everyone spams and screams over our Captain's instructions. That is unnacceptable. Please be sure to listen to Kah; don't just hear him.

Approved, Team tactics require a leader in each situation, but at no time has anyone ORDERED anyone to do things, they have only said
E.G. 2 a 2 b 1 cat. And people state where they are going and are autonomous, Since the Yes Dear and Yes Sir started , we began

Following plans and tactics
reduced yelling at each other
and many more improvements.

EVEN IF you think that using standard tactics seems like a waste to have someone lead, REMEMBER how many times a RANDOMLY changed tactic has turned the tides, Usually because I suggest a change. But I need more people to think OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.

If you have an issue with someone being in charge at one point or another then you are not understanding the needs of structure in Competitive matches. And if you choose to you can leave I will never stop you. But there will ALWAYS be a leader of some sort.

What we are also lacking is observation. The Example I will give was the 4v2 vs Orion(Shank) and Person. We were losing 6 to 0, And the plan of the team was never changing, I had to say it WAY to many times for anyone to listen, because I observed that Shank was killing us so well because he was LISTENING to us run jump nade and so forth, and once you Understood when I said WALK EVERYWHERE, We turned the tides and won. But once we started having the advantage, the structure started to fall apart again, got to full of ourselfs and the running jumping nading started again and they started closing the gap. which is something we have experienced in competitive matches...

In short, Watch EACH opponent see HOW they play, and PLAN in accordance, just having a plan of where your going does NOT accomadate for WHO you are facing.

Time to step up my friends, you want to take this farther, then we all need to grow up and buckle down. no excuses for losing, no complaints about who frags where, no more whining.
ALWAYS BE NICE! Winning is NOT important, it's a bonus for hard work.

At this point I need to know everyones schedules for the week, and open up 2 more times which will be for MAIN team only, and this is what will happen on those days

1. we meet promptly on time.
2. Select our roles
3. Select our map.
4. Select our Leader, volunteers reccommended
5. In game when leader states the plan, no matter how weird or stupid or redundant, follow up with "yes sir",
6. Win or lose after the match we talk about what happened, each person will state what THEY!!! and only what they feel they did wrong and how they could do it better.

we give locations, we never tell you how to play. I trust each of you to play your best in YOUR way. if you choose to change it to something your not good at and fail NO ONE should tell you to change, play how you want, it IS A GAME, enjoy it!
