Helghast leaders, including Scolar Visari, continue to impose the belief that the Helghast race is superior to humanity, creating not only intense distrust, but also an expanding hatred of UCN, ISA, or any other form of foreign rule. Ironically, they think of themselves as the race who should be ruling the perceived "lesser" human race.
