Improv

Ok so I got information on everyone's schedule and here is what I'm thinking:

These seem to be the times that work best for everyone (all times EST)

Sun

7:30-8:30
8:30-9:30
9:30-10:30


Mon

8:30 pregame
9:30 match


Tues

7:30-8:30
8:30-9:30
9:30-10:30

Wed

7:30-8:30
8:30-9:30
9:30-10:30


In the interest of making scheduling easier my plan was to have regular scrims on each day above at one of the times listed. I would aim for 8:30-9:30est, but could do another time to accommodate the other team. I would not schedule 2 scrims the same day, this would allow everyone to eat dinner and whatnot. I heard from some that double-headers are rough sometimes. The tradeoff is that this means we scrim more nights, though each night we scrim less. Is that optimal for everyone?

This would allow us to get 3, possibly 4, scrims each week apart from the match itself. On Tuesdays before and/or after our scrim it would be nice if we could have most of the team in the mumble to discuss the map. By Sunday we should have everything hammered out and of course the pregame to warmup. I will also do my best to send text alerts the day of scrims and matches. I am missing Geo's Kalaner's and cam's phone numbers, so if they are interested in recieving texts they will need to contact me.

If anyone has any problems, questions, or comments please let me know. I have to build up a contact list for this season so I cannot promise how many scrims I will be able to get at first. I will most likely not meet this quota the first week as I just started tonight. I hope to at least get one for Tues and Sun.
