Fixed retry script using autoexec.cfg (script now uses its own script)

Notes:

Turns out using autoexec.cfg within steampipe is a bad idea as it executes even when you're playing tf on your main account (derp), sorry about this - will teach me to push updates without fully testing them in future...

For those of you who updated to version 1.46, you can manually remove the script by deleting: \SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg\autoexec.cfg
