The term "immersive sim" describes the game design philosophy which uses consistent and cohesive game systems to create emergent gameplay and a sense of player agency; often combined with interactive storytelling along with believable and intricate level design to offer players the most immersive gaming experience of this medium.

We welcome anyone who has interests and experiences in immersive sims, including but not limited to Dishonored, Prey, Deus Ex, Bioshock, System Shock, and Thief. Feel free to send a request to join this group if you are qualified as mentioned above.
