Friendly 3v3s for all

What is the purpose of this group?

Players in this group can get together and form friendly 3v3s to populate multiplayer servers and get games going.

Ideally, players will setup 3v3s together to play with one another and join a public server where more people will join as time goes on because there will be 6 players in a server instead of 0!

Why is this group defaulted at 3v3s and not 4v4s/5v5s?

This is because hopefully 3v3s can happen consistently because of the fact that only 6 people need to be online at the same time so it will be easier to setup matches with each other. 4v4s and 5v5s require more concurrent players which makes it harder to play matches together. Besides, once a 3v3 starts more people are bound to join a populated server to get games going.

How to get matches going?

Add people in the group and simply message them to play when they're online. Events will be posted to give players notifications when a 3v3 might happen or you can also schedule a specific time when you want to play.

Also, don't worry about setting up teams so much. Get 5 other players who want to play and figure out the teams later.

3v3 guidelines

Add everyone in the group so you can message them when they're online to play!

This is not just for clan vs clan matches!! Play with everyone in the group but feel free to play with those in your clan to make it quicker to get teams setup.

Hanging out in the group chat is a great way of showing when you want to play!

DISCLAIMER: Don't join this group if you don't want to be bothered by people asking you play frequently when you're online. The only way to get matches going is to ask others to play so if you feel like you will be annoyed by people asking you to play, don't join the group!

Character limit cut the previous comment a bit short. Anyway, hopefully U26 sparks activitiy in the game again and we can all get some games going in and out of the group. To answer your question more directly koko, I stopped trying to set things up because it seems like there was little to no interest in other people playing. If people show they are interested in playing still, then this group could still work for sure but I just don't believe there has been enough interest in the game in the past few months.

Was never subscribed to this thread for some reason so never saw this comment koko. I've been a bit busier with IRL things lately but regardless, I've always been willing to set aside time to play when others are. However, to be honest I got quite tired of asking lots of people to play and getting either overwhelmingly ignored or told no repeatedly for a variety of reasons. It got to the point where it felt like I was bothering people more than anything so I made an announcement to everyone to join the group chat whenever one wants to play and that never happened either so the end result was a dead group. That being said, I'm always willing to start playing again if others are as well but that seems doubtful as the game is the most dead that it's probably ever been. If others want to continue to try to get this going, have at it!

This group isn't as active as I expected, unfortunately. Is there a problem with the continuity,
or the interest of a first impressive idea, which has evaporate like ether!?
You don't have to explain yourself or your ideologies, but there is no sense for me to be here.
Sometimes I see options and sometimes solutions.
Sorry for saying that. We will see us all hopefully in game..

This is a very good idea and a good alternative and addition to the Interstellar Marines Gatherings Group.
I'll do what I can to support this project, but don't expect to much. I'm not a big fan of playing scheduled.
But that's unimportant, because i'll join as soon as there is someone playing..as far as I can.
