Hoobee's Raffles is a small group which will have raffles occasionally and sometimes giveaways on special events.

1. No racism, cursing, sexism, offensive remarks, offensive comments, or harrassment of any kind.

2. No spamming of the same message, capital letters, random letters, random words, or very long messages.

3. No advertising or posting of links unrelated to the topic.

4. No use of spam bots or trade bots.

5. A raffle can be stopped at any time by an admin. The raffle will have its entries returned to their owners.

6. Use of the trade offer button to send offers that do not include the entry fee or prize (if you have won) may result in a warning or ban.

7. Members/Admins may not have the intention to fix a raffle winner.

8. It is the entrant's responsibility to claim their prize (but our admins might be nice enough to find you and give it to you).

9. You can usually choose your slot in a raffle, but not always.

10. If entrants change their name while they are entered in a raffle, the raffler can claim your prize.

11. Entrants may not take back their entries once they are entered in a raffle, unless an admin gives them permission.

12. Members may not create their own raffles in the discussions/events or they can get banned, kicked or given a warning.

13. Show respect to all members and all admins at all times.

First offence: Warning
Second offence: Kick
Third offence: Ban
