Recreating Battles Of The Great War

This group is dedicated to recreating battles of the Great War through Verdun. We play with accurate squads for each scenario, and use weapons only in use at the battle. There is to be no jump shooting, strafe dancing, etc. If you are not prepared to use a given weapon, then this may not be the group for you. Expect a few games every month.

Next Game This Saturday, 19:00 GMT, EU Server, Vimy Ridge 1917

We will be hosting our seventh game next Saturday at around 19:00 GMT. The scenario will be the Battle Of Vimy Ridge that took place 100 years ago.

The Squads will be 4 Landsers vs 4 Canadians.

Password will be vimy1917.

Restrictions:
-No Jumpshooting/Strafedancing
-No Scopes
-No Carbines
- Call-ins must be made from the factions' respective lines.
-Everyone uses long rifle with bayonet, and officers use the correct period pistol.
-Give the squads period correct names of infantry regiments
-Landser MGs can only use the 08/15

We will be hosting our sixth game next Saturday at around 21:00 GMT. The scenario will be the bloody Meuse-Argonne offensive.

The Squads will be 4 Landsers vs 4 Doughboys.

Password will be meuse1918.

Restrictions:
-No Jumpshooting/Strafedancing
-No Scopes
-No Carbines
-Doughboys can only use Chauchats, no BARs
- Call-ins must be made from the factions' respective lines.
-Everyone uses long rifle with bayonet, and officers use the correct period pistol.
-Doughboys may only use the M1917 Rifle, no Springfields
-Give the squads period correct names of infantry regiments

We are experimenting with 64 players. Spread the word so we can get closer to 64 this time.
