Currently grinding my way back up to where I was. Currently at 6.5k and still dropping 25+ kills a game. Probably been reported god knows how many times. I suspect when I got banned all my wins went to losses and because I have won like the last 20 games with only 33% win rate out of 51 games. I think when I won the first game after the ban it thought the 30+ previous games from before I got banned was losses and put me in the lowest possible rank and I have been working up since there.

Concerned about the amount of reports I am getting by dropping a lot of kills every game and how it may affect my trust factor or result in a game ban again. Not sure but no one is when it comes to this AI anticheat but something is definitely wrong with my premiere MM

But again, how can you get to such a specific support employee? I only ever get bot responses.

You are right. This was reason, i wrote this a couople weeks before in this steam group.

I got banned and I realize why it happened, my friend got game banned after update 4.12.2023. (so many innocent people got banned that day) he got his ban cleared in like 6 hours so after that him and I played a couple games after and obviously before his false ban and system though because of his ban that he was cheating and playing with me, system game banned me a week later after his cleared ban, because u now can get banned if u play with cheaters in your steam friends list, but only friend I played with was him and he got his banned cleared. I realize this because when I try to open cs it says I am banned because playing with someone that has cheats. I tried contacting cs2 support trough steam and trough E-mail, but nothing no answers back.

To which E-Mail address you send your problem?
