Heres what you fill out!

Some of you may feel like being a mod, but this is an important task to take on, and simply asking is not going to do it. [NOTE: Admins are chose when mods that do an impressive job, and I simply promote them to Officer.] Luckly I have prepared a template of what you will soon answer.
