关于 Healers against Discrimination

The recent release of the "Cheater's Lament" Halo to those who did not use the idle program has divided the TF2 community into those with the halo and those without. This has resulted in a lot of bad-feelings between the two groups. One of the upshots of this is people stating that they will refuse to help or heal their allies if they do or do not have a halo (depending on their "stance").

Refusing to heal members of your team simply because of what they are wearing does nothing but harm your team. Those who do this should be ashamed to call themselves medics.

Join this group if you are a medic who will continue to heal teammates regardless of what they may or may not be wearing; whether that be hats, medals, halos or any other paraphernalia. Or if you're any other class who just wants to get on with playing as before, as a team.

If anyone else wants to submit sprays then by all means post them in comments and I'll edit them into this announcement.

Oh and feel free to add (HaD) to your name. Its not a requirement or anything, but if you want to advertise this group in game then by all means do so.

Edit: I've just been informed that it should indeed work without converting to vtf. So it should be a simple case of saving it and then selecting it in game. Thanks for the information.

Off to a decent start

Hey guys. Nice to see a steady trickle of people picking up on this now. Glad to see at least some people still view their role as a medic as healing and helping people rather than punishing them for wearing (or not wearing) some arbitrary item.

If you can think of anyone who would be interested in this then by all means bring them into the group. If anyone wants to throw a spray or a replacement group picture (this is just from the medic achievement pack) or anything like that together then by all means do so. Any other suggestions then just make them.
