For those in Australia living under the oppressive nature of download limits,

this site, http://members.iinet.net.au/~chapman.j/, has a program whic limits steam downloads to one source so that it counts as unmeatered. This is very easy to use and i now use it for all my steam downloads. It only works for a fer ISP's thou but includes Bigpond, Internode and 3fl among others. This works 100% for me.
