Peace Treaty with Alliance

We have been negotiating with the Alliance since week 2 on a peace treaty. They have been hesitant, little pggress these past two weeks. The Alliance placed many of our systems on their target lists last cycle. They were warned this was unacceptable, but persisted.

On Wednesday the Alliance paid the price for their insolence. An operation, orgnized on the Hudson sub reddit, successfully completed the underming of three Alliance systems, assuring they are in turmoil this cycle.

On Friday the Alliance agreed to a peace treaty. All hostile actions against Alliance targets are hence forth to cease. Report any violations on the sub reddit for investigation.

Elections This Week on Reddit

Elections are being held this week on the Hudson subreddit. We're electing a triumvirate to lead us and six chiefs to help them in their effforts. Once this chain of command is established our efforts should be that much more effective.

Already our enemies appear to be backing off, the massive push to undermine our control systems has failed, week after week, as we counter their every move. Now they appear to have figured out their attacks are wasted effort!

For the President! For the Federation!

My views on the current situation:

The Empire is our Enemy. They are on the offensive, expanding quickly. They must be stopped.

We'll never do this alone, this is a large project and coordinating our efforts on a grand scale will be essential. I think 30-40 Commanders could do some real damage, to one of the smaller Imperial factions, if they are all dedicated to the mission.

I've formulated a strategy for harming our enemies, and tactics I hope will make it most effective. For reasons of operational seecurity I won't discuss it here. Fair to say it's a template that allows us to bring power to bear where and when we wish for a variety of tasks.

We've taken a station from the opposition, as of 14:20 31May. This won't end until we've scraped the system clean of Imperial scum. But we're well on our way1
