@Sanguinarine I know this is a late reply, but it very much seems that this is the group now in charge of the project. Since it seems the original creators disbanded as of early May 2022, it's now in this group's hands, though there hasn't been any updates.

Additionally, if you look up any games that were named to the previous creator (ex: Stay! Stay! DPRK), it still mentions the prior, but clicking on it will lead you this new group.

If you look on the Kickstarter page, the creator name has also been changed. Though it may seem like a dead project at this point, I'm still feeling hopeful that it will come to a full release.
