Half Life 2 Roleplay

Even in the year of 2030, everything seems to be back to normal; a civilization suppressed under the might of the Combine Overlords, with hope seemingly broken after LAMBDA failed their mission after the Portals were closed. The Resistance was dealt a large blow, and it shows.

Nearly three decades later, the Seven Hour War seems as it was only mere months ago. The Cities return to their routine, and now it is up to the individual, and you, to either make and be the difference, or to fall in line with the Combine Supremacy, in the name of “prosperity”.

An inevitable shift - Bytherion.net

Due to a lack of interest shown in the hl2rp.net project, it has been placed on hold. Instead, we have merged with Bytherion.net, in which we will continue development on the project.

They will be focusing on a Fallout: New Vegas server, which we will assist with initially. Our URL will re-direct to their website, which I invite you all to sign up to.

I don't believe I will be disappointing many people, but I am sorry to those I do.

Launch tonight @ 6pm GMT

Thanks to our Beta Testers for their help last night. We are fully prepared to launch tonight at 6pm GMT!
Anyone that wishes to help setup the server with combine checkpoints, texts and ambient props will be given access from 4pm GMT and given everything they need to help.
All Beta Testers and Helpers will be given physgun and prop flags permanently (subject to reasonable use) as a thank you from us here at HL2RP.net.

Combine would've abandoned Earth after their showing of weakness during the Uprising, they woulda bombed the ♥♥♥♥ out of it and moved on to a different civilization to opress.
