An electrical malfunction in the nexus causes D2 to close down for a period of time, trapping people inside. In response the union sends a canister of supplies in, which gets caught in the wires above D2, the citizens work together to free it from the wires, and can then collect the rations from it, meanwhile the civil protection make their way through the sewers which are filled with some kind of enemy, zombies or antlions, that entered due to the power outage. Eventually they clear the sewers, and enter D2 by the sewer entrance, and link up the cities, the only way in, and out of D2 for about a week will be the sewer entrance, and exit.
