Rules, Clans & Leaders

This is the page' that controls the HC SnD Community. Admins of the leading HC SnD clans decide amongst the rules for scrims & tournaments. Tournaments can be organized and set to a date by anyone within the community.
The set rules are 8' a Game, 2 Games for a Match. Nuketown is not allowed for a map. If each team wins a Game, the 'Decider' shall be decided between the scrims leaders'. If both can not come to an agreement, the match forfeits, and neither win. For tournaments, the decider is discussed via the Judges.

-Class set-up:

The general rule of thumb for HC SND is "no noob stuff".

Primary Weapon:

- All rifles allowed
- All sub machine guns allowed (no akimbo)
- Currently all snipers are allowed.
- Light Machine Guns are not allowed.
- Shotguns:

Allowed:
- Olympia
- Stakeout

Banned:
- Spas12
- Classified

Secondary:

- All pistols are allowed.
- Crossbow is allowed.
- NO launchers are allowed.


Attachments:

The following attachments are allowed:

- Red dot sight
- silencer
- extended mags
- grip
- acog
- rapid fire
- dual mags
- reflex


The following attachments are not allowed:

- infra-red
- heartbeat sensor
- Noob tube (grenade launcher)
- shotgun
- flamethrower

Equipment:

The following LETHAL is allowed:

- Frag
- Semtex
- Tomohawk

The following Tactical is allowed:

- Willy Pete
- Flashbang
- Decoy

The following Tactical is not allowed:

- Nova gas
- Concussion

Equipment:

Equipment is to be banned in HC SND scrim server configs. If it has not been equipment is not to be used.

Team Killing:

Team kill should always be set to ON.


PERKS:

Perks are turned on in HC SND scrims.

Second chance is the only banned perk.

Thoughts opinions and modifications to to the rules are required by the major HC SND clans. Note this does not mean major changes, this means the status of certains guns, equipment and tactical needs to be discussed. -Dalek
