In which each Nation in the Act must Supply 1 Naval Fleet to Patrol and Protect the Gulf and all of its Trade Routes and the Panama Canal!

Any Nation who choses to Ally with the Cherokee who owns land in the Americas are subject to the Act and MUST supply 1 Naval Fleet to the Gulf Protection Act

In which they are Represented as The Gulf Protection Police [GPP] who patrol and protect everything within the Gulf and both Sides of the Panama Canal!
