Standards
Sundays we hold squadron events based on either historical missions or fairly devised combat using designated squad formations/strategies.

The steam forum should be accessed regularly if you join, please comment where you please (with some standard of what you are saying of course).
The TeamSpeak will be open to you and the address is on the steam group.
Any member of the squadron that is in a squad will be made a steam group moderator, any squad leader or higher rank will be made a steam group and squadron officer (to help with your status and responsibility).

You will be expected to apply tags to your in-game name depending on your squad. If you haven't got the game downloaded with an account yet, make you name with NVC_ at the beginning and _GWR at the end (means you are an unassigned member of the squadron) and download the game via this link: http://warthunder.co...invite_32260597 (this is for some bonus eagles for both the recipient and myself.
To anyone who wants to make a squad within the squadron there are a few steps to go through:
You are expected to take responsibility for your squad members actions (so get along with them).
You are expected to lead your squad members in formation or to a strategy of some kind.
To make the squad you need: a primary vehicle (generally tier 1-4 (you don't need to currently own the vehicle, just need to work towards it); an emblem taken from the game choices (not one already used, a digit, the victory marks, premium purchase only/event awarded emblems or the squadron leader/wing commander pennants); a squad name; a squad tag (the 3 letters at the end of the full title (like for me SAH on Reg_Grizzk_SAH).
I would recommend that you have friends also committed to playing the game to join you.

Grunt accounts are available, just contact me and I'll hand you a GWR novice account for your complete use (Gmail provided as well).

Try to address superiors as 'Sir' or by rank.

Grunt equipment line ups (minimum):
Germany: Pz III L, Bf109 E-1
Britain: Cromwell V, Spitfire MKIa
Russia: T-34 1940, Yak 1
America: M4A1, P-40E
Japan: A6M2 (not the N or mod.11, I mean the naval one after the mod.11)

Follow the take-off principle: Engine off, 100% throttle, take-off flaps if any and tell the leader that you're ready. When the leader says take-off, everyone starts engines up and takes off into formation and awaits further instructions or anticipates enemy attacks.
