Willing to follow codes and conducts.
Able to follow procedures.
Able to listen, learn and accept criticism.
Strong ego is acceptable.
Why they want to be in the squadron?

Basic Procedures for joining GreyWolves (Overall Regiment).
Use announcement in-game: The GreyWolves recruiting new members. Join the squadron and steam group. We have Discord. We work in pre-formed squads tactically. Casual gaming, however we do expect you to be fairly active (not so much that you lose interest but not so little that it's taking up squadron room).

Join related in-game clan(s).
Join the steam group "GreyWolves Community".
Join any related steam groups of GreyWolves.
Join Discord.
Allocate permissions for joining Discord. (standard is novice).
Keep contacts of any recruits.
When you recruit someone, keep their steam contacts.

Basic Procedures for joining sub-group (Organised Squadrons)
When these people join a Squadron, they should notify you somehow.
Check the squadrons on a regular basis (about once a month should do) to see if they have changed (check squadron roster against regiment roster).
Members who join Squadrons should be removed Novice Permissions from Discord and given GreyWolves Member along with Squadron tag.
Members who join Squadrons should be given Moderator permissions on related steam groups.
Members who join Squadrons should be given the second rank on clans (Such as Sargeant on War Thunder).
Members who join Squadrons should be added to the Regiment roster as "Member staff" and removed from "Novice staff"

Removing members:
Never remove a Squadron member!
Members who are idle for long periods of time should be removed.
Members who return from idleness should explain why they have been idle, and warned if needsbe to be more active. The Absence section on "GreyWolves Community" should also
be reminded.
Idle members should be removed from steam groups and in-game clans.
Removing violant/abusive members should be put on a minimum of a half-year ban to a maximum of permenant ban.
Removing these members should be kicked from clans, kicked from steam groups and banned from Discord.
Removing leaving members.
Kick from in-game clans, kick from steam groups except "GreyWolves Community", keep on discord with only "Allied, Mercenary or D&D related stuff. ONLY" role.

(GOAT)EPIC TACO: My pc is still playing up but it should be getting fixed in the next couple of months.

Working with for the first time properly in Mount & Blade, we have some expert previous NW players and I'm sure it will come to great pleasure for the community to host this game.
