Rules of the GreyWolves
Everybody.
E.1:Do not ponder within enemy spawns, or from behind or beside it. Best rule of thumb is to keep about a sector away on small sector maps.

E.2:You are to only, as a surviving resort, to shoot an enemy that has just come into their spawn if they are a threat.
E.3: It is deemed acceptable to pass through the spawn, but do not linger. You are allowed to enter spawns to kill an enemy who is an active threat (I.e, an enemy that is shooting from their spawn, aiming at people from spawn, etc).
E.4: Possing yourself as a threat to the enemy from spawn is deemed unacceptable, unless you yourself are under major threat (such as being spawn camped, spawn raped, etc).
Do not teamkill friendly players for any act other than trolling (such as ramming friendlies, taking out friendly team members, etc).
E.5: The term 'kill steal' has no meaning within the squadron. All work is done by the team to kill the enemy team. You may destroy any enemy and any team member may kill any enemy you are after.
E.6: Do not go after a dead enemy, doing so will result in a lose of position and a waste of ammunition. Even if the enemy is severely crippled, unable to fight and attempting to return to base, leave them, they will most likely die in the attempt to land the damaged aircraft.
E.7: In the air, do not shoot an enemy who is behind a friendly, the risk of hitting the friendly is too great, wait until he is out of the way or you overtake them.
Feel free to shoot any grounded enemy aircraft if they attempt to shoot you down from the ground.
E.7: Always respect people of superior rank. People of same rank with higher veterancy have more authority due to experience also.
E.8: Do not wastefully use ammunition. This includes firing upon landing, firing for no reason, destroying dead enemies.
E.9: Always follow standard procedure where possible. (such as formation flying, keeping the tail on the ground at take-off (for non-trycicle planes), putting survival infront of getting points.) We are a realistic squadron, not just that we play realistic battles but we play it like it should be played, enacting real life situations.
E.10: Any abscence of over a week should be posted on the abscences section with a date and length of abscence.
E.11 Only Regiment Commanders and CoCommanders are allowed to designate someone a Squadron leader.
E.12 Only Regiment Commanders and CoCommanders can remove a squadron leader from position to Novice.
E.13 Only Regiment Commanders and CoCommanders can remove a Novice from the Regiment.
E.14 Only the Squadron Leader can remove a Member from their Squadron.
E.15: Only a Squadron leader including any trained & assigned member of a squadron may recruit members into the squadron.
E.16: HEAT-FS is banned. (Feel free to use it in private, however).

CoCommanders.
C.1: Level the playing fields, make sure everything turns out fairly or enjoyable for everyone.
Make sure members are on regularly and keep people active in-game and on the community.
C.2: Ensure the best outcomes of our members in order to achieve victory.
C.3: Ensure that all squadron leaders are properly trained in being commanders.
C.4: Interview new squadron applicants, make sure they have something to say about themselves, even if they admit they are not good players, ensure they will be active.
We want people in the squadron who respect rank and authority and are willing to play as a group member and not just an individual. Also try to find out what kind of role they may play within a squad and what squad would suit them based on in-game country preferences and their real life location.
C.5: CoCommanders are expected to follow the orders of the Commander without hesitation.
C.6: CoCommanders follow the rules of squadron leaders, except where rules her override the rules of a squadron leader.

L.8: You are expected to downtier yourself and your squad members to match that of the lowest squadron member until he reaches a higher level. If it is believed they would be better off with a higher tier match then it is at your descretion.
L.9: Squad leaders are to give orders with authority, not with attention to the member's protests.
L.10: Squadron leaders are to obey CoCommanders and The Commander.
L.11: Squadron leaders are to manage their squadron profile on the steam group, as well as manage their teamspeak room with identical information.

Also try to find out what kind of role they may play within a squad and what squad would suit them based on in-game country preferences and their real life location.
L.14: Squadron leaders are expected to find appropriate applicants for their squad based on both's preferences and location. Members will be resorted to the squadron for the rest of their GWR life unless the squadron is deformed.
L.15: Any disputes between Squadron (either leaders and/or members) must be resolved over a realistic custom battle that is organised between both members and monitered by a CoCommander or Commander. The squadrons must use standard squadron vehicles and setups and standard procedure.
L.16: Squadron leaders are to construct a weekly training event which is to accomidate all the standards of training and to accomidate for all members.
