Simply put, these are not essential but just are there to add a bit of flavour to the level of importance to squad members. For now, I'll assign these ranks (which is the referral term of rank).

Regemental leader - Commander/Brigadier/Regiment leader/General
CoRegemental leader - CoCommander/Lefttennant (of the Regiment)/Wing Commander
Squadron leader - Staff Sergeant/Captain/Squadron leader/Major
Squad leader - Drill Sargeant (initiate squad leader)/Sargeant (squad leader)
Pilot/Tanker - Private/Corporal/ lefttennant (of the squadron)
NVC - Recruit/Rookie

These ranks are in order. Squadron leaders will be assigned sub-rank by Commanders or CoCommanders and Pilot/Tankers will be given rank by Squadron leaders.

To help those out who don't know their insides from out. This is the rank system. Updated by officers appropriately.
Unique ID code:
1st number is how many people had joined before you, +1. This number can never be repeated by another member. So for me being the first the amount of people that came before me (0), so my number is 1 (0+1=1)
The rest is the date on which you were recorded (DD/MM/YYYY)
All members are kept on this record, even those who have left. Status of - deceased - will be displayed for those who had left. Should someone re-join, they gain a new number (Due to a restart in service period).
*Note: recording date started on 14/01/2017 so service time has only just started to be recorded, as well as the place you joined in. Sorry for those who joined before this date, anyone joining after is unaffected. Members need to remember their ID. Some users have the same ID, that is because they have multiple steam accounts which is known to us.

Adding Members to the regiment: Add the member at the end of Novice with their place number and the current date to make the user ID. Add their steam account link address.
Recruiting: When recruiting add them on steam, put them on your squadron list, move them from Novice to Member. Promote them on the steam group to moderator (Silver star)
Creating squadron leaders: Add the member to Squadron leader staff, promote them to Admin on the group (Gold star)

When adding members to your squadron roster, copy and paste their unique ID next to their name after emblem.
