After a 12 minute conversation with my friend I have some official balance changes for spells and actions (Mostly ones owned by Agent)

Spooky Scary Skeletons: This spell was always too powerful, hopefully by making it 6 Mana it will be less overpowered

Agent's PA: This PA crushed any other PA anyone owned so it's getting a generous nerf, It's been reduced to a 1/0 weapon that gets +1 rapid fire for every 3 mana over 5

Menvolk's PA: My PA was pretty powerful, my friend was unsure how I could nerf this PA so I'm making it cause my 3 minions with the highest attack get slow until end of turn

Blood Mana: Finally, a buff on this list, Blood mana after many complaints about the nerf from a 1/1 to a 0/1 and the mana gain being reduced from 3 to 2 is now being buffed, at this point you all were told of the buff but this makes it official, the elemental has become a 1/1 again HORAY!

Monster Mash: This Action had too much use, especially if you ran a lot of spells from the monsters set, it has been nerfed to only ever give the +0/+1, but I might change it to +1/+0 later

Master of the Skies has received a buff, It now has a new novice teir item called "Harrowing Heart" This will give the deck much needed HP and helps it with it's ping damage strategy

Floating Sword can no longer be equipped to players and is now *Master* Teir

Since players need more spells and actions battle rewards: If a player would gain 50 or more credits from the battle they can instead gain a chest with these drop rates:
50% Credits (Make a seperate roll for 1-100)
20% Novice
10% Apprentice
7% Adept
6% Experienced
5% Master
4% Epic
3% Legendary
