Urban Dictionary - STRANGE -
1) Sex (In this case a game) outside your regular relationship.
2) Some chick (gamer) that you would have a one night stand with, and then possibly hit it a few more times (note: once strange is fu**** more than once said strange becomes "Familiar")

"My girl is getting on my nerves so let me hit the club and get some strange."
