Just Ask Why You Are Worthy, And The Pokemon You Are Or Would Like To Be (Trainers Included). Once Picked You MUST Change Your Name Into "Sir______" The "_" Is For The Trainer Or Pokemon's Name. Must Be An Excisting Trainer Or Pokemon. Then Change Your Profile Picture To That Pokemon Looking Sophistacated. If You Are Admin You Can NOT Pick Your Friends Out Of The Blue To Be A Manager.
