This page is dedicated to finding games that match the visual style and/or setting of Vermis. In the future, a curated list for Godhusk-likes will be created.

There will also be corresponding curated lists for games that match any other world building projects Plastiboo may produce.


Plastiboo is an independent digital artist based in Spain whose first published work is the guide to the non-existent old school video game "Vermis." The main themes in his work are horror, dark fantasy, and discomfort.


The games have to at least adhere to 2 of 3 critera to be a "Vermis-like", those 3 criteria are:

The game must have a visual look in its art direction or character designs

The game must have a similar setting to Vermis in its overall feel, The world of Vermis is bleak and dying, but there is still beauty.

The game must have adhere to the Grimdark/Dark fantasy style in its plot, visual storytelling.
