Up and coming team

ive been thinking lately about the team and how not everybody is always on and playing cs but also that some of us arent inproving. so i was thinking that if soon not everyone starts playing a little more cs that im going to start looking for more people for the team that play more consistantly. nobody is going to be kicked of the team youre just going to be put on the bench until i see inprovment or that you are playing for cs and more with the team. so please let me know what you think.
