Reporting terrors on the Garry's Mod Discussions.

The Garry's Mod discussions have been going downhill for quite alot of time now. Moderators have gone quite inactive and do not actively check the game's discussions area. We'd like to change that. We're dedicating most of our time to report rule-breaking posts on the Garry's Mod discussions to get those moderators doing their jobs!
