What are weebs, and how can I recognise them?

A weeb is a grown up that likes to look at nude, or near-nude, underaged japanese girls, while telling themselves that the specific type of pedophilia is okay, since there's context to the story, and nothing weird is ever produced in Japan.
According to weeb beliefs, in Japan everyone is either a 10 year old girl or a terrible monster
