Here are the Official Ban Times for our servers, not following these ban times will result in a warning, and then a demote to the next rank.

The "|" in between the punishments indicates the next offense response/punishment.

Spamming Mic/Chat:
Silence for 5 minutes | then Kick | then Ban for 30 minutes | then 60 mins | then 1440 mins (1 week)

Spawn Camping as Engineer:
Slay the offender then destroy the Sentry | Then Kick | Ban for 30 mins | 60 mins | 1440 mins (1 week)

Cutting people off on the microphone:
Warning | Mute for 5 minutes | Kick | Ban for 30 mins | 60 mins | 1440 mins

Scammers/Sharkers:
Permanent Ban, then file a report to either mrBakeins or Mccrew (Must have proof so we can report to SR)

Free to Plays:
Covered by Free2BeKicked SM plugin.

Private Profile/Backpack:
Warning | Kick | Ban for 30 mins | 60 mins | 1440 mins

Impersonating Staff:
Permanent Ban, then file a report to either mrBakeins or Mccrew.

Disrepecting Players/Staff:
Warning | Mute/Gag | Kick | Ban for 30 mins | 60 mins | 1440 mins

Running from a spycrab/heavy boxing match:
Permanent Ban, then file a report to either mrBakeins or Mccrew (Must have proof so we can report to SR)

Inappropriate Spray:
Remove Spray and Warning | Remove Spray and Kick | Ban for 60 Minutes

Advertising (Links/IPs in chat)
Kick | Ban for a week | Permanent Ban

Being Irrelevant on the Mic (Constantly talking about things besides trading)
Warning | Mute for 5 minutes | Kick | Ban for 30 minutes | Ban for 60 minutes

Instead of using the normal !kick or !ban commands for an inappropriate spray, use !removespray when looking at the spray you want to remove and choose the punishment that you want.

Make sure you check their previous bans on Source Bans by their ID 32 before issuing your ban, if it's urgent file your ban and then please go and fix it up in Source Bans. Make sure your reasons are valid mrBakeins and Mccrew will be checking Source Bans every day.

If a ban is not filed out correctly their could be consequences.

BAN FORMAT:
Type !ban (user) "(Offense) x(Offense #)" (Time in Minutes) - if it's a first offense their is no need for the x.

If they offend two rules then seperate the offenses in your ban with a: |
Example: !ban (user) "Engy Camp x2 | Mic Spam" (Time In Minutes)

You must have the quotation marks around the reason for the plugin to read the spaces in the reason.

If someone passes the 1440 mins ban give them another 1440 min ban, and then file a report to mrBakeins or Mccrew, and let them know so they can ban this user Permanently.

We are requiring all staff to understand these punishment terms, and to ensure that you know, comment below or like the post.

If you are banning a player for more than one reason and are unsure of how long to ban them for, just take the longest time of all the reasons and use that, ex: banning someone for Inappropriate Spray x3 | Cutting people off on the mic x6 ban length: 1440 minutes (1 week)

Ban times work by minutes.

BAN TIMES:
30 = 1/2 hour
60 = 1 hour
1440 = 1 day
10080 = 1 week
