The Frontline! Community Project has been updated to v1.3. See changelog below for details.

- Reduced overall file size, halved most of the texture sizes. (For more optimization, don't pack unused skins in your map.)
- Added props from pl_shoreleave
- Changed oil spills from models to overlays
