Since playing the game, I have collected data from the food, drink and the various health items available in game and created a table on the benefits and the downfalls of each item.
I'm posting it up here to help the new players out and refresh the memories of us 'seniors'..... haha

I will lay it out as follows : food effects, water effects, health effects, stamina effects.
The items are in no particular order and I may have a missed a few

Water 375ml : moderate water
Water 1L : full water
Coconut water : full water, small life increase
Chocolate bar : little food
Can of soda : little food, moderate water
Instant oatmeal : moderate food, little water
Can of soup : full food, moderate water, small heath increase
Juice : little food, moderate water, small life increase
Minisaints : moderate food, little water
Meals ready eat bags (MRE) : full food, full water, half health increase
Chips : little food, reduced water
Ham : moderate to half food, little water, small health increase
Electroaid : little food, full water, small health increase, half stamina increase
Can of pasta : full food
Energy drink : little water, small reduction in health, half stamina increase

Tuna : Moderate food, little water, small life increase
Granola Bar : little food , small increase of stamina


Green bandages : little increase of health
Brown bandages DX : moderate increase of health and a slim chance in curing infection
C01 Vaccine : 20% decrease of infection or full cure if below 9% infection
C04 Vaccine : cure for infection
Antibiotics : moderate increase of health
Painkillers : small increase of health
Medkit : full health increase
