Forged Alliance Forever (commonly abbreviated to FAF) is a community-driven project designed to ensure that Forged Alliance will live on… forever.

It is a complete lobby client system, similar to the old GPGNet, the default client provided with Forged Alliance, but with many improvements:


- Active development and community patches.
- Longevity.
- Live replays, along with a replay vault so you can watch almost any game
played on FAF, including your own.
- Exciting new game modes such as the Nomads (an entirely new playable
faction), and many other featured mods and maps in our map and mod vaults, available for one click download.
- Automatic patching.
- TrueSkill rankings for 1v1 / 2v2 / 3v3 / 4v4 matchmaking and all other custom games.
- Responsiveness. Chat is fast and unlimited.
- 16 player games. 5v5s, 6v6s 7v7s and 8v8 are possible on FAF.
- A random map generator.
