The official Steam group for the Just Cause 2 Multiplayer Mod server, Fallen Civilization.

The server has been officially released as of 1 / 6 / 2016.

In the first few months after release, if you experience a bumpy ride at all, it's because we're constantly adding new features and smoothing them out as we go.

Hey all! I know it's been a while, but Dev_34 and I created a video documenting the history, life, and development of the server.

Hi everyone. I know that it's been a while, but we are looking for feedback from your time playing in Fallen Civilization. If we do make another survival themed gamemode in the future, this feedback will help us improve immensely.

No, Fallen Civilization will not be coming back online with new updates. This is simply to see how players liked each of the aspects of the server.

The weekends usually have more players than the weekdays, Tatu.Careta. I've noticed that one of the peak times is 9-12 EST on weekends.

Hello there, im kinda new on this server i really love the idea, but anytime i conect theres no more than 10 players online, do you know what day or hour has more people? ty

That sounds like a serious issue FourStarGoku. However, because of what you describe I highly doubt it is actually the custom loading screen causing this, but rather another script loading during the initialization process. If you want you can add me on steam and we can try to debug this issue to give you the gameplay experience you deserve.
