According to NewsWatch33 Cunningham almost died after taking the supplement Black Ant which claims to enhance sexual performance.

He took 2 pills before smashing, after waiting 30 minutes him and his GF got after it. Thats when the trouble happened.

His GF called 911 after she heard a loud popping noise. Cunningham was crying when paramedics arrived. After being rushed to the hospital it was determined that the black ant pills caused an over flow of blood to his testicles.

Cunningham is expected to survive however will need extensive surgery to repair the damage.
