Well, we have 5 on 4 last time, which is a steady increase in players.

I did some research. There are a few tournaments as well as clans we could play in/against. So far, we have about 10 people who have actively participated in our get-togethers. These haven't really felt like "practices", since we need a few more players still. Once that happens, we will get on team speak and all that jazz and start actually running through maps and such. Once we decide what players work well together, we will create small "squads" and run though the maps, giving each squad a specific objective for said map. They will specialize in that, so that when the time comes to play another clan, we have players are trained to do things very well.

For instance, TehMentos could lead 4 other players in just tactics for getting the propaganda house on apartments. That same squad would also have specific duties on other maps, attack and defense.

If we got serious, I could ask for each squad leader to give me a report on what they found to be an effective method of capturing/defending these specific areas. Once these tips are logged, they can be given to new players to review.

This is all depending on how serious you guys want to be. I have a life and a job, but I love this game, and I feel that even just twice a week we could build a up a great group of players.

Maybe even win that huge tripwire tournament and make $$$$. (dream may not actually happen)
