Nobody likes a crash dump.

After receiving a few tweets regarding this fault, I decided to go fishing on the official SI forums. Not only was there a thread, there was a reply from Neil Brock, yes, Sports Interactives Neil Brock.

Here's what he had to say:

Please try switching Rendering mode. This can be done in the preferences under 'Interface -> Interface Rendering Mode.'

Change from GPU Assisted to Software.

If you cannot access your preferences you can do this by pressing:

ALT + SHIFT + F10 all at the same time.

This should resolve your issue.
