MAKE TF2 KEYS GREAT AGAIN!

I don't think it's possible to change the key value by efforts of even several thousand people, let alone decrease the value of the key to 3 refined. The demand for metal sinks with time somewhat because of players playing the game and getting weapons from the drop system, but mostly because of idling bots. To actually increase the demand for metal you would need to confiscate ridiculous amounts of it from the market, which would cost an absurd sum of $$$.
