Dear everyone,

After deciding yesterday me and Carl have come to agree I shall replace him as leader of Feel Good Inc. Personally I hope I can improve a bunch of things and fix other things which could go better. Solemnly I have taken it to heart to help the team and all the individuals who are part of the team to be able to look back on this team as something they enjoyed and learned from. If at the end of the day everyone can say they are a part of a awesome Highlander team then my work is done.

Before I go on to adress what I will be looking forward to changing and improving, I will give you all a brief outlook of what to expect from me as leader. Like I did last season with the lower division team I managed last season I will be proactive and someone who you can talk to about any sort of issue. Additionally I will be very willing to play or talk with anyone on the team at any time (except when I am at work or out into town) be they main or sub. The strive to be a dependable leader will continue for me from last season and I will be keen to hear from anyone if they have suggestions or comments.

Now that I have introduced myself and voiced my motivations I will talk about the changes I want to bring and what goals I hope to meet.
Changes to be made (in the span of 2 weeks or so):

• Going from no maincaller to a assigned maincaller.
  
• Make 3 days a week weekly scrim days.
  
• Going from a more reserved outlook into a more proactive one. (rather then logging off right after a game try to think and talk about what happened for a little bit so we can create more comprehensive points to work on.)

• Clear the tension between any two or more team mates be they issues with the team itself or not.
  
• Unmuddle the comms.
  
• Map talks/Stv reviews and general meetings or discussions
