A couple of things that I think everyone should have

Modified glow/outlines:
Allows you to tell if your infected teammates have spawned or are ghost and makes items easier to spot.

Get rid of the annoying intros when opening the game so you dont have to manually skip the two pieces every time:
Right click the game in your steam list, Properties > Genral > Set Launch Options, add "-novid"
