CS:GO Team

I am forming a cs:go team after being on may others, I wanted to start my own so I could rank up with friends and have someone to lobby with. If we want we can play for skins, because I have old teams that I played for and they would be up to put a few skins down. I am requesting nova 2 and higher, I am currently nova 4.
Requirements:
1.You need to be located in North America
2.You must have 100+ hours
3.You must be rank 3 or higher
4.You must speak English
5.You will be given a role on the team and are expected to follow it
6.Have Fun
