NTR most commonly stands for Netorare (寝取られ in Japanese), which is internet/anime/manga slang.
It basically means cuckoldry or being cheated on / having your partner "stolen" by someone else.

The word breaks down as:
Ne (寝) = sleep (as in "sleeping with someone")
Torare (取られ) = stolen/taken away

So literally ≈ "having your lover taken/stolen while they sleep with someone else."
