Empires Testing

Jesus ♥♥♥♥ this was annoying, but it's finally done. If you opt into the beta branch, install the required 1.3GB and select the "Source 2013 launch test" when launching Empires, it should work flawlessly. No more screwing around with SVN and having to set -game launch options, it should just *work*.

This is also good news because it verifies that the port itself has successfully fixed the launch issues, and we'll be ready to release after the playtest if no issues pop up. So show up, play hard, test hard, and this'll be out before the end of the month!
