Beacons/Vechs etc are disabled and have no EFFECT

Use are reminded that whilst in the server if your on the mod-list your expected to carry out your mod duties. All too often there is mods in the server and it's either me or goku having to deal with this on a regular basis. If use are unaware of what your duties are or what to do message me on IRC and i will walk use through it.
