What makes this club special?
If you competed to get in, you would know; but if you got in cause I dragged you... then you would not know, that, well, your stay might just not be permanent !!! Yes, formerly claimed to have only 13 spaces this club will have max 16 spaces (due to game) All captains will be ranked 1-16 and you do not want to be 17th. Then you will be moved to Eleventh Hour Hopefuls group. As you would expect this group 11th hr Legends is the champs reward, and therefore all events are managed by a third party, myself, red carpet ( why design a mod that can do what a butler can do for you, when you have one doing what needs to be done...?). The other group Eleventh Hour Hopefuls would be community run using the experience we learn here. Both groups can run events using their "derived fleets"* and both groups have ships and fleets ranked**, only we get captain ratings, once you are rated 17 your rating stays 17 and although you will be in the other group your rating will remain 17, opponents there will be unrated and your 17 will mean admin powers and TS still available*** (Big fish small pond, small pond Big fish)!

* derived fleet ( a fleet made up only of designs from in the Army roster, players or the clubs)
** ranking is computed on a weekly basis.. manually using excel.
*** Managing this free service until 50+ players join at once, not a problem... and unlikely to happen.
