The White River glistened in the morning sun. Edwin took some time from the road to draw water. He saw hunters firing arrows at an elk and travelers on thier way to and from the many different holds and towns.

Soon, Edwin was back on the road, the journeys these days seemed to be more trecherous than when he was travelling with his mercenary band. That was a given, due to the fact he's a rich looking man walking alone in the middle of the woods. Enough bandits tried to use that to their advantage only to lose thier lives on the side of the road.

A few hours pass and Edwin finds himself in the Riften's hold capital. He enters and goes to the inn. The only words he utters to the innkeeper takes the form of a question, "Is there any work for someone like me?"
